After reaching a quorum last week, the first to reach a quorum since September 26, the student government has three new emergency bills on the agenda for registered student organizations to approve.
The first emergency bill concerns a student organization named Majorettes.
The second emergency bill concerns an RSO from the Creative Writing Club. There used to be a Creative Writing Club in Eastern, but in registered student organizations it is no longer listed as active.
The third emergency bill to be voted on on the agenda is an RSO called the Culturally diverse society.
The three emergency bills were signed and submitted by Terence Trimuel who is the current student vice-president of Student Affairs.
Executive reports will be delivered by the Student Government Council, with the addition of Katelynn Alexander delivering the Senate Speaker’s report as the newly elected Speaker of the Student Senate.
The following executive reports are the various reports of the Academic Affairs, Alumni Relations, Business Affairs, Diversity Affairs, External Relations, Internal Affairs, Student Affairs, and University Improvements.
There is no old business to approve on the agenda and the advisers’ reports will be provided by This Brinker and a graduate advisers report from Justin Richards.
As in previous meetings, the student government meeting will be held at 7e St. Underground at Union MLK.
